May 1, 2013My partner and I are travelling to Prague in the summer and there is a wall there called the John Lennon Wall. It is a tribute wall to Lennon and his music that began as a rebellion against the communist reign after Lennon's death in the 80s. My partner's late brother and father were both big Lennon fans (fans would be an understatement) and she wanted to leave a tribute to them on the wall. I thought that we should stay true to the wall's theme and add a piece of artwork that was in the same style of the wall and that incorporated Lennon and his music. That was basically the description that I sent out to Rick, and below, you can see what he came up with. The likeness of each person is perfect... and I really could not have asked for anything better! In fact, we love it so much that we are now hesitant to leave the original on the wall and might want to keep it for ourselves!! Rick was very enthusiastic about the project, he said that he could do the project well and he did. He sent update photos and was a pleasure to communicate with. At the time of writing, the piece has not yet been shipped, so I couldn't comment on shipping and delivery in the ratings above, but I am sure that all will be well.
