The lazy susan made by Rick R. arrived this week and I was exceedingly pleased with the work. All of the personalized pictures chosen were painted with precision. Communicating with Rick was a pleasure and he made me feel like he was as excited with the project as I was. It came in a well packed box in a very timely fashion. I had a very positive experience working with Rick. His talent is obvious and he is very professional. I gave a slightly lower grade for communication as I showed him a website depicting the type of dog portraiture I was looking for but the first reveal of my project was definitely more in his own personal style in contrast to what I had requested, the difference being a very busy, colourful background compared to the subtle neutral background I had asked for. This affected the timeliness of the project as Rick cheerfully reworked the painting for me, as per my request. I found working with Rick to be lots of fun and very easy. He is talented and the resulting portrait of my dog is as unique as she is. It is amazing how well he captured her! I highly recommend people working with Rick.

He is a very kind and an absolute professional at what he does. The wonderful thing about working with him is that no matter what your budget (high or low) he gives you a lot more bang for your buck than many other makers would. I'd highly recommend him any day.
