Refunds , returns or exchanges can not be made when you order a custom designed product. I will work together with you with conversations and emails, sketches and mock ups so you can visualize how your product will look once finished. There is always room for some color and shape alteration since the images you receive on computer will be translated to a real painting, a work of art. Enjoy!
