Justin was absolutely amazing. The quality of workmanship, the communication, the punctuality as well as the attention to detail was second to none. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and would strongly recommend Justin for any project that you are considering him for.

Justin was beyond generous in every regard. He sent photos & showed step-by-step progress explaining every detail along the way. He made this experience one of the best I've ever had in my life and that is by no means an exaggeration. He went far more than "the extra mile" to say the least, and I can't begin to tell you about the beauty and quality of his art. If 5-Stars is the benchmark of excellence here: Justin Baker far exceeds that benchmark and creates one of his own.

Justin was great to work with. We had some trouble finding the pen blank I wanted, but fortunately I stumbled upon a web site that offered hundreds of blanks and Justin ordered the one I liked. Once the project finally got rolling he did a great job of discussing my options. He even video taped the turning process, describing the steps. The pen was shipped and arrived within days of completion. The results were as impressive as expected and fairly priced. I would highly consider working with him again in the future.

Justin did a great work and was always ready to answer my question and keep me up to date on the progress made. It was my first experience with custom made and Justin's work was very professional. Thank you again for this piece of art! Anthony
