He was very prompt and friendly. He made what I asked for. I only wish i had insisted on a sample one first before asking for 20. I did mention it in a correspondence but I got no response and i didn't persue it further. The edges/finish wasn't as clean/nice as i was hoping for. Overall this was an ok experience... not great but not bad. I've learned from it. Thanks!
