This is the first time I have ever purchased any type of jewelry on line and had a million and one questions; all of which she fully and patiently addressed. While she special ordered certain material, and noted a price differential, both the adjusted price and time frame for completion well exceeded my expectations; completing the piece well ahead of schedule.
