This is the first time I have ever purchased any type of jewelry on line and had a million and one questions; all of which she fully and patiently addressed. While she special ordered certain material, and noted a price differential, both the adjusted price and time frame for completion well exceeded my expectations; completing the piece well ahead of schedule. Aside from creating a unique and original piece of jewelry she also provided additional enhancements, at no additional cost, allowing my daughter the option of removing those items if desired. Since having received this customized piece of art I have since stumbled on a variety of different sites featuring her unique and diverse art pieces using a variety of different medians.
