Very sweet, personable, easy to work with, quick response and created a beautiful custom piece based on a sketch from a 16 year old girl for a bracelet design she thought up. Finished piece looks amazing in the photo provided. I am excited to get the piece to present it to her so she can show it off. Everything was seamless. I told Rose what I wanted and she responded quickly and got started right away. I haven't opened the walking stick yet (it's an anniversary gift for my husband), but I am sure the quality will be great! Thank you Rose!
