Once a Custom order is placed and Proposal is accepted, there will be no Cancellations Custom Items are Non Refundable If there is something wrong that was a mistake on my part, I will create a new piece or repair what is wrong, at no cost. I take much care in making what you are asking for and collaborate with you to be sure that we agree, I have never had an unsatisfied Customer, but if that occurs I will do my best to make them Happy
