Jack was very easy to work with and right from the start wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted as far as the design goes. I was so impressed with his patience with me this was my first experience having a stained glass product made. I was very, very concerned about the shipping as I gotten many items that are fragile come to me completely shattered. He surpassed my expectations in every way, with the product he produced, the shipping crate and packing he sent my precious stained glass in, to my extreme delight. It arrived today and I will not ever go thru anyone else. This man is a true professional.

My son was here from home in Warrensburg and we open the box. It is more beautiful than any pictures. I will be happy when we get it safely into place. Thank you.

I love the vase Jack made for me. It is AWESOME !!!! Jack took the time to look for one of the colors that might not be available anymore. The piece of stain glass was beyond my expectations. Mr. Chapman messaged me several times during the project. He was very timely in answering my questions. The piece is gorgeous.

He is very clear and responsive communicator and he provided several samples of both the glass and the overall design for me to choose from. We moved rapidly through the quote process and on to the completion of the project several days before the deadline date. The box is exactly what I wanted and is a fine addition to my home.
