I was so impressed with his patience with me this was my first experience having a stained glass product made. I was very, very concerned about the shipping as I gotten many items that are fragile come to me completely shattered. He surpassed my expectations in every way, with the product he produced, the shipping crate and packing he sent my precious stained glass in, to my extreme delight. It arrived today and I will not ever go thru anyone else. This man is a true professional.
