From the start Jess had to be one of the most amazing Brides I have had the pleasure to work with! Being a close client I had the wonderful y opportunity to actually sit down and meet with her and her fiancée to go over in detail in what she was wanting. While her original request was not what the end product wound up being, Jess couldn't have been more thrilled and more in love with her gown. the gown was a custom printed bleed effect satin. We then had the entire top embroidered and had 7 different icons from Alice in Wonderland hidden throughout the embroidery. the top was adorned with a custom rhinestone applique and rhinestones where then scattered from the waist down the skirt. the skirt involved two crinolines to give the full poof and the detachable train was also adorned with rhinestones and spray glitter. The mantilla veil was made from the same tulle as the train and edged with custom dyed Chantilly lace. While 95% of my brides I never get to meet face to face, I give each and every one of them the exact same special attention and due diligance that I do for the few that I do have the pleasure to work with locally. I look forward to creating many more lovely gowns for brides for many years

Custom sewing at its best! I do everything from basic mending to creating your dream wedding dress and everything in between. From cushions, to prom to curtains to Dance costumes, I can do it all.

I started sewing when I was in high school as a way to express my creative side. Both my mom and grandma were seamstresses and I found that I was pretty good at it too. While I never gave it up, life got to be hectic. We lost my younger brother when I was a senior in High School and then with college, getting married and having children it just got set off to the side.

Our first born was named Anthony Peter on January 8th, 2010. My aunt, who is determined to give every child born in my family a nickname, dubbed him Tony Bud (short for Anthony and Peter - my brother who we named him after and who had the nickname Bud - yes by the same aunt). Two months later my husband lost his job. In a way, I guess the saying "Necessity is the Mother of Invention" greatly applied to what would follow in our lives.

As it happened, my next door neighbor at the time needed new outdoor cushions made for her patio. I, in passing, said I knew how to make them. She was elated and went out that day, bought all the materials and wrote me a check for my service. It was at that point that I realized I could turn what was once a hobby into a business.

Later that same year, I started doing craft shows. We didn't have a name picked out yet for the business and when we were asked, my husband and I looked at each other and said "Tony Bud's". Thus Tony Bud's Sewing was born.

It has been 5 years now since I started sewing again on a full time basis. We now have three growing boys and run a "in town" farm with my parents. Our lives are full and very blessed.

I take great pride in what I make. For that reason alone, all of my projects always come with my personal satisfaction guarantee. You will always receive pictures of your item before final payment is due. Based on the measurements you send me, the item is guaranteed to fit. If alterations are necessary, I will cover the cost of said alterations.

I have helped to create stunning dresses for women, great coats for men, as well as something as simple as a blanket for a new mommy to be. I try not to limit myself in what I can do and I am always happy to work with anyone that needs custom work done. I strive to make your dream and vision a reality. I look forward to the years ahead and the many new people that my family and I will meet along the way.

I am extremely happy with the items that Becky made, JUST FOR ME. We traded ideas on patterns and materials and styles and photos and colors and it was a fun process. I happily opened my box of goodies to find detailed design touches that made my items really suited to my personal style. I would definitely work with Becky again and can't wait to show my items to my sorority sisters. They are going to want their own matching dresses and scarves!!!

I was really excited to get my project started. Becky was professional, honest, friendly and gave me options regarding a pattern to choose from as well as fabric. I would recommend working with her. The only thing is that with clothes, it is hard to get exactly what you want since you cant try it on and then give immediate feedback to fix details. I got a nice dress but ot didnt fit me exactly the way I wanted it to. However, Becky said she would do anything in her power to fix i. I'm sending her photos soon to see what can be done about it. Other than that she is great to work with and the dress is really cute. :)
