A custom kitchen in an historic home made using distressed, knotty alder wood. Details include open beam ceiling, corbels, handmade strap hinges, open shelving, toe valances (legs), and a solid walnut butcher block countertop on the island. The project was completed in 2005 and is located in Cowan Heights (Santa Ana), California. The project is done in an early California / Mission style.
