Saggar Fired Porcelain Ceramic Vessels

These porcelain vessels are fired within larger containers which also contain various combustible materials. This creates a kiln firing environment in which flash patters are created on the pots' carefully burnished surfaces. Afterward, the pieces are cleaned and polished. No piece's surface can be exactly replicated, and these pieces are not useful for food or liquid.
