If you are reading this review to try and figure out if Roxana is the artist you should pick for your project please read on and then say YES! I am very excited with the work Roxana performed. She is a very talented artist and I am grateful that Custom Made helped bring us together. Roxana is kind, attentive and open minded. It was a pleasure to go through this experience with her. She kept me informed by text and with pictures. Roxana promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. I cannot say enough about her talent as an artist. She helped guide me through details such as scale, colors, and materials. Without Custom Made and Roxana's efforts my project would still be just another unfulfilled dream.

This was a true family heirloom project and Ms. Casillas did not disappoint. She took us through a journey of maybe this or maybe that and finally embraced exactly what we wanted. She kept in close communication with us and when the project finally arrived it was emotional and frankly beyond our expectations. This is a gifted artist!

From the beginning Roxana worked with me to see exactly what it was I wanted, we brainstormed and came up with what would work best. My deadline moved up from the original date we discussed and she was still able to create my project and get it out to me in a timely manner. The piece came out even better then expected !

Finding this website was pretty much the best thing to happen to me in recent years. This is great website that allows you to connect with many great artists and sculptors from all over the place. When I first posted the idea for my project, I honestly thought no one would pick it up or even think about doing it since for years I've been trying to find someone who could make what I had in mind and never had any luck. I had even been to several other websites and looked around for people that would be willing to take on this task, but again no would could be found. Pretty much the same day I posted my project details on this site is when I get replies, it was an almost immediate response and that was amazing. But when It came down to it and I had to pick one, I did so and I do not regret the decision in the slightest. Roxana who took on this project for me did an amazing job and its exactly how I wanted it. She's a very nice person ontop of that and was extremely professional throughout this entire process. She kept up with good communication,kept me up to date on any updates she had concerning the project. She also would contact me before proceeding with certain procedures so she could make sure I was in on what exactly she was doing and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. In the future if I have more projects like this in mind I would want done, she is definitely #1 on my list to contact. She's an extreme professional and has an immense talent. There's really not much else to say other than I would recommend her to anyone here on this site or anywhere else because I know with whatever they asked for, they'd get nothing but a sheer true quality product in the end.
