This is a sculpted seat stool made from cherry with walnut accents. It is constructed of turned legs and through-wedged tenons to ensure lifetimes of use. Stool can be made of different woods and at different heights at customer's request.

Benjamin Martell
Martell Woodworks
Martell Woodworks is owned and operated by me, Ben Martell. I design and build custom furniture pieces, as well as construct kitchens and built-ins. Having worked extensively in residential construction, fine cabinetry and architectural millwork, I am able to draw on this experience to bring a diversity of projects from concept to completion.
For furniture projects, I typically work with locally harvested hardwoods and finish pieces with a hand rubbed oil and wax finish that complements the natural depth and beauty of the wood. While constructing millwork and cabinetry, which necessitates a wider range of materials and finishes, I communicate closely with the client to ensure they receive the product and look that they desire.
