Oct 9, 2015It was a pleasure meeting and working with Jon. We were looking for a craftsman to work through the design and detailing of a custom fence and gates. Jon was wonderful to work with, discussing our ideas and recommending solutions. It was a large project, and although it took longer than initially estimated, we feel that Jon took the appropriate care and necessary time to make certain the work was done well and done right. He was excellent at communicating throughout the process, so expectations for time and process were clear. A great experience, and a beautiful fence.

Feb 11, 20155 out of 5 Stars - here's what you need to know, since a project is never easy: (1) Shipping - freight cost snafu, Jon handled with grace while shipping from Chicago to NYC (2) Value - doubtful a price is lower elsewhere (3) Expertise - project was a large scale Restoration Hardware mirror replica, turned out better than RH product (4) Timeliness - faster than Restoration Hardware could deliver (5) Comm./Professionalism - emails always returned within 24hr.s

Feb 4, 2015Politest person I've ever had to deal with and the item I wanted made I was impressed with the details. First item I've seen an item made of it. But I am honest, the time to complete it was severely hampered but I blame it on the holidays and I'm not gonna complain about someone spending time with their family and he had some issues making a new item he never done before so I'm not mad and I'm very patient. He even expressed that he felt bad and wanted to give me some money back. All in all I would def recommend him :)

Dec 28, 2014I am very happy with the final product and found Jon very easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the build and build time was fairly quick. The table was sent flat, but was simple to put together with pre-marks and is a very nice addition to my living room. I would be happy to work with Jon again.
