Arts And Crafts Inspired Lamp

I am a studio furniture maker, working in modern creative design for discerning consumers. I have had training at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport ME, one of the finest craft schools in the country, and currently have a high end studio in Ithaca, NY where I produce speculative furniture, and commissions. I am skilled in traditional joinery and specialize in Marquetry.

I work in valuable, and hard to find wood from both sawyers and reclaimed dealers and other locations. I seek to drive modern design forward by combining new aesthetic ideas into pieces that are intrinsically functional.

Most of the equipment and hand tools that I produce furniture and woodwork with have been found and restored over the last ten years. I find great pleasure in using machines from the late 1800's and mid 1900's
