I am very happy with the final project - exactly what I was hoping for! They look well made also. I just got them home and I'm soaking 1 of them in oil to start the conditioning which I also found online. The value of these wood butter stick molds is really priceless because I haven't found them anywhere else.

This was a great experience. Eric was very flexible and professional, and he was able to finish our project in a very short time frame. He followed our specifications perfectly. We will call on Eric again for future projects.

We asked Eric to create wooden block toys intended for children, and he did a great job! We provided him with a pdf of 14 different shapes and he was able to create 3D blocks out of a sturdy wood he recommended-- something we hadn't considered! Especially offering delivery himself, local people should definitely utilize his skills. Very professional and responds to messages within 24 hours.

Overall: Very easy to work with and clearly cares about his projects. Eric worked to make my first experience with Custom-Made a very positive one. The finished product, a folding bed frame based on a design that was unavailable in the US, is now in our bedroom. It looks great, works well, and was even hand delivered to our house on a weekend. In a short period of time, he was able to create a mechanically sound design based on only some product page shots and a short video demonstrating the functionality. He also offered his insight on improvements for the frame and responded to my questions and requests thoroughly and professionally. Through every step of the process, Eric was both invested in creating a quality product on a budget and communicating with us about the process. Some minor delays during the process were communicated to us in advance, and he kept us updated on his progress throughout. The only hiccup during the process involved some missing hardware upon delivery, which, while a minor hassle worth mentioning, would have no impact on my requesting Eric's assistance with any future projects.

I was so pleased with every aspect of working with Eric. He was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I wanted the bookcase made out of non-formaldehyde materials, and he made a particular effort to research and find them. I had sent him a photo of what I wanted and he was able to create it to just the specifications I asked for. He kept me updated on his progress, even sending photos of the shelf in various stages of building and painting. And the finished shelf is fantastic. It's exactly what I wanted and looks beautiful in the room. I couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience.

Loved the product - good quality and exactly what I was looking for! It will serve perfectly as a guest bed / movie lounger in our loft. The project took just a tad longer than originally anticipated, but definitely worth the wait.
