I just got them home and I'm soaking 1 of them in oil to start the conditioning which I also found online. I was so pleased with every aspect of working with Eric. He was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I wanted the bookcase made out of non-formaldehyde materials, and he made a particular effort to research and find them. I had sent him a photo of what I wanted and he was able to create it to just the specifications I asked for. He kept me updated on his progress, even sending photos of the shelf in various stages of building and painting. And the finished shelf is fantastic.
