Michael is an incredible communicator. He sent me pictures each step of the way. I haven't held it in my hands, but it looks exactly like the picture I sent him. I highly recommend Mr. Shoup, and will seek him out again should I do another project.

I submitted my project, and promptly received a quote.
After a few design changes and a revised quote, I submitted 50% payment.
I received several photo updates with description during the build phase.
Once completed, I submitted final payment, and received the shipment about a week later.
The final product was finely crafted to my specifications, and looks fantastic.
Communication was always clear and polite.
