Area served: I serve the Texas Hill Country, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Ft. Worth and areas between. Shipping Methods: Shipping & Returns Any item may be picked up directly from the shop. Contact me for arrangements. I can deliver most orders within 50 miles of Kerrville, Texas, at no additional charge. Small items are usually shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger items are shipped by common carrier. In many cases location will determine the carrier used. Every effort is made it ensure your shipment arrives in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, contact me for arrangements to have your order picked up for repair. It will be returned at no additional cost to you. Off-the-Shelf Orders – If your order is damaged in shipment, contact me for a replacement. Off-the-shelf orders are returnable within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a refund, less shipping.

Custom orders are not refundable but every effort will be made to meet your expectations. Ready to order items are refundable less return shipping. Cancllations are refundable if project is not started. After construction begins down payments are not refundable.
