We request a deposit to being work on the project. Cancellation - Depending on the stage of the project, we may be able to refund a portion of your deposit. However, once the piece is fired, we most likely cannot issue a refund. Please let us know if the piece arrives damaged in any way. (Photos are helpful for insurance claims) While we cannot issue a full refund, we do purchase insurance with the shipping providers, and if possible will either refund their reimbursement or use it against the cost of a replacement piece. Please note that when shipping overseas, the recipient is responsible for any customs or tariffs charges.
