Unique Wood Dip Pen
This listing is for one Dip Pen. I originally designed these for Central Oregon's High Desert Museum to use in the Old School House exhibit. These beautiful traditional writing instruments measure approximately 6 inches long and are turned to fit ergonomically into your hand for the most comfortable writing experience. They are available in any wood variety. Nibs are replaceable and come with a Hiro #40 "Blue Pumpkin". These are unique and fun to use in drawing, cartooning, or simply for a novelty writing experience. Ink not included. All pieces come with an Identity Card that details the wood type, Latin name, wood characteristics, and is personally signed by the woodworker.

Brian Wachs is a local artist who works as a natural resources teacher in his spare time. Jul 12, 2013Lack of effective communication and serious change to plans that wasn't approved. Board arrived in 3 pieces. Measuring, the board is almost an inch out of square, the parts in one section look thrown together and do not align as in the plans and are all flush with the lower plane rather than alternating between the lower plane and the raised trim. I am glad that I decided to have a second board made by a different artist shortly after commissioning this one.
