Custom Built Mahogany Box With Ebony Accents And Worm-Eaten And Tiger-Striped Myrtlewood Top
This is a custom built Mahogany box made from one single continuous piece. It has Ebony accents to strengthen the joints and the box top is a special piece of Myrtlewood. This Myrtlewood is both worm-eaten to give it some cool relief, and it is figured with tiger-striping. The box dimensions are 8" x 4" x 4". I can make similar boxes to your specifications. This box is ideal as a jewelry box or a very special recipe box. I can also make a matching pen, if you like.

For Chessboard2.0Lack of effective communication and serious change to plans that wasn't approved. Board arrived in 3 pieces. Measuring, the board is almost an inch out of square, the parts in one section look thrown together and do not align as in the plans and are all flush with the lower plane rather than alternating between the lower plane and the raised trim. I am glad that I decided to have a second board made by a different artist shortly after commissioning this one.
