Area served: Global for garments requiring minimal fitting. Reasonable driving distance from Northeast Ohio for items requiring multiple fittings. Fittings using mailed muslins and Skype or Google are possible. Shipping Methods: We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEX depending upon buyer preference and speed of delivery required. Shipping costs will be calculated when the project is ready to be delivered as finished weight may be an issue with some items.

Returns: Custom garments are not returnable. They are made precisely to your specifications and size based on measurements, descriptions, and reference images you provide. Our measurement instructions are very clear; however, we are always available to clarify or answer any question - right down to giving you a demo on Skype or Google. Our objective is to give our customers 100% satisfaction. This is why we ask so many questions and provide detailed explanations of our process. We are not responsible for garments made to inaccurate measurements. You cannot return a garment for gross sizing issues. We do allow ample seam allowances in most garments, and we will do simple alterations at our regular alteration prices. Customer is responsible for shipping garment and providing complete instructions in writing. Guarantee: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years. If the hem comes out, a seam pops, the lining shifts, etc - we will repair your garment free of charge. This is for workmanship failures only. The guarantee does not cover abuse, improper storage, or not following the care instructions provided. Cancellations: If you cancel your order before we have purchased fabric and supplies, we will refund your deposit. If we have purchased fabric on your behalf, we will refund the amount of your deposit minus the fabric cost. If you wish to pay the shipping, we will send you the fabric, otherwise it becomes the property of Historical Fashion. If we have cut fabric, there will be no refund and the fabric becomes the property of Historical Fashion. fI we have completed more than 25% of the sewing, you will be responsible for payment of the entire price of the project.
