I have been fortunate to be able to blend a love of nature and art into my career as a painter. Since 1976 my acrylic paintings have focussed mainly on wildlife from around the world. My acrylic paintings are clean and vibrant, and are usually executed on board or canvas. My studio is in Austin, Texas, but I have exhibited and sold my paintings throughout the country.

My paintings are a part of many collections, including those of tennis star Martina Navratilova and opera singer, Marilyn Horne.

Some of my commissions included two large paintings for the lobby of the Mirage Casino in Las Vegas when it opened in 1989, and a 40 foot billboard for water conservation in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have also illustrated 13 Children's books for various major publishers and authors. Many of these have won national awards.

I also enjoy painting pet portraits for clients to want to remember their "furry friend" in a very special way.

I always love getting to know my clients and sharing ideas for a future project. I've remained friends with many of the people that I have worked with, and after they receive their completed painting, one of my biggest thrills is hearing them exclaim "This is exactly what I was hoping for"!
