Bedside Floating Drawer

I have been in the Wood business with a very large company so I was concerned about purchasing a product from a person where you could only see pictures. We went to visit Amy in her shop to see some finished products and develop a comfort level with her craftsmanship. Her facility was first rate as were the many pieces of finished product she was able to show that she had made for her family. We reviewed the project, she made several recommended changes and we accepted all of them and she saved us money also.
When we went to pick up the finished products her work exceeded our expectations with the incredible detail. We would recommend her work to anyone!

The customer cutting board arrived ahead of schedule and is exactly what I was looking for. Amy was great to work with and did an amazing job. I have been wanting this for years and finally decided to treat myself. Shouldn’t have waited so long!!

Wow! Can’t recommend highly enough! We ordered a table and 8 chairs. Amy was great from first to last. She kept us up to date and was in contact from first to last. We wanted a particular color and sent a color sample. They nailed it! The table and chairs are gorgeous and the quality is excellent! Thank you, thank you!

I had high hopes for this project when I first contacted Amy Gless at Glessboards… and she EXCEEDED all my expectations. From the first message exchanged I could tell she was passionate and professional and I knew this project would turn out exactly as I hoped.

The best part of this process was Amy's communication. I received messages every few days with pictures, explaining and showing the process. The pictures were invaluable, as it allowed me to see her vision and request slight changes (color, etc) along the way. She was always very amenable to whatever I asked, even if she has finished with that part of the project. It honestly could not have worked out any better.

As far as price goes, it was more than fair. If you looked at a table like this at Pottery Barn, or Restoration Hardware, you'd find Amy's price to be equal or less. And the quality of her work is way better! And it feels way better to support a small business. A win-win!

This is my first project with Custom Made. I have been looking for a couple of years for something I could cover my sink with so it isn't exposed when I am serving food on my island. I browsed the "cutting boards" on Custom Made and kept coming back to the photos of the work that Amy Gless does. We exchanged several messages and photos and the project got underway. Yesterday, I received my cutting board which is not only a gorgeous work of art but it fits perfect! I'm very happy with Amy's work and we've started my second project. Thank you to Custom Made for bringing Amy and me together!
