Solid Walnut Bench 150" long. Two identical mating 75" benches connect in the center to create one long bench. Beautiful seating below a large picture window overlooking the lake. This bench was a pleasure to build for Paul. Details: Walnut with Danish Oil finish Integral Mortise and Tenon construction 18" deep at the seat (with 3.25" cantilever overhang at the back to accommodate heating register clearance in home) 15" tall to accept custom made seat cushion Legs, braces, and slats are all 1.5" thick

Our focus on furniture happened many years ago (25+) as a result of some left-over lumber, the need for a bench by the backdoor, and a frugal resourceful nature that told us to give it a try. The bench turned out beautiful (we still use it every day), the experiment turned to a hobby, the hobby to an obsession, the obsession to a journey… We design and build custom furniture on commission. Our shop specializes in made to order custom furniture specifically for individual clients.

    Glessboards was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a slightly unusual request for a walnut coffee table and two end tables which they happily discussed and drew up for me.
