Finished with a hardy black acrylic finish, hand distressed to allow some of the maple to accent, and top coated with additional acrylic protective layers to provide a durable carefree surface. 42" x 60" dining table extends to 84" with the two leave that store within the table top

Our focus on furniture happened many years ago (25+) as a result of some left-over lumber, the need for a bench by the backdoor, and a frugal resourceful nature that told us to give it a try. The bench turned out beautiful (we still use it every day), the experiment turned to a hobby, the hobby to an obsession, the obsession to a journey… We design and build custom furniture on commission. Our shop specializes in made to order custom furniture specifically for individual clients.

We went to visit Amy in her shop to see some finished products and develop a comfort level with her craftsmanship. Her facility was first rate as were the many pieces of finished product she was able to show that she had made for her family. We reviewed the project, she made several recommended changes and we accepted all of them and she saved us money also. When we went to pick up the finished products her work exceeded our expectations with the incredible detail. We would recommend her work to anyone!
