This truly one-of-a-kind slump glass sink was a collaborative effort between myself and a glass artist from Ohio. The upside down stump is a Northern Michigan white cedar. After most of the work was done, it was shipped to the Glass Museum in Ohio where a mold was made from which the sink could be "slumped" to fit the stump which resembles an up-turned hand. The overall effect is of a block of ice that has melted into the shape of the stump. Very original and an intriguing concept for melded slump glass vessels and stands. Please note that prices for a piece like this can vary widely based on size, originality, materials, difficulty of design execution, etc.
