Dining Table

This large two-piece figured boreal top is a study in grain variation and visual interest. The two halves are matched and accented by petoskey stone inlays and ipe bow ties, which highlight the center joint. Complimenting the top are four solid blocks of figured boreal comprising the base pedestals. Their simple shape and angular, sharp lines juxtapose well with the wild grain and natural shape of the top, and give the table an Asian influence. Although serving as a conference table for a newspaper publisher, it would be at home in many dining rooms. Dimensions are: 10'6" long, 48" wide, and 30" tall.
