Doug very communicative during this whole process. As soon as I gave him some direction, he turned around an almost finished product in a day or so. Very impressed! He did great work and made some minor tweaks to his original prototype. I've been using my firepoker on a weekly basis and its just perfect! Go with Doug! He's the best!

Doug did a great job on our fireplace screen. His communication was really good. He even helped us figure out what we really wanted! Working with him was easy.
