    My project was not executed how I wanted. The item I received did not match my contract. The quality of the project did not match the previous reviews of this maker. The item was damaged beyond repair during the shipping process due to poor packaging. The seller has not reached out to me at all since I told him I was not satisfied. Thankfully custommade gave me a full refund.

    This is my first time doing this kind of thing, so it was a pretty nice experience. I'm glad the price was under $50, but it was still a bit expensive to me, but maybe reasonable since it's custom made? My main issues with how the earrings came out is that they were thicker than I would have liked (I said I wanted the thickness of 2 nickels. I could be wrong because I haven't checked yet but I feel like it was more than that by a bit), and the circular part going over my ear is larger than I would have liked as well, but other than that it looks just like the character's earrings.
