Inlayed Jewelry Box
This hinged lid jewelry box is made out of curly maple and three different types of mahogany. The 21 piece inlayed rose on the lid is made of Box Elder, Marblewood and maple. These are the natural colors of the wood, no dyes or stains were used. A mirror with a hand crafted etching of roses is mounted on the inside of the lid. The lid is supported by two solid brass hinges with stops at 95 degrees when open. With a drawer under and a removable try on the interior, there is ample room for all your precious items. All compartments are lined with felt and the tray features a velvet ring holder in the front.

I love what I do. I love to create, and each piece I make is a reflection with a part of me in it. I have been a woodworker all of my life, starting in construction and finish work on homes then moving to 18th century Victorian reproduction work for a local company. I love a challenge and strive to make each piece a one of kind treasure that will last for generations.
I also do juried art shows periodically so you never know where you might see me. I have been accepted and displayed work in The Philadelphia Invitational Furniture Show, Paradise City Art Festivals, The Morristown NJ Art and Craft show, Art Rider Productions and American Art Marketing to name a few.

May 16, 2021Jeffrey does very nice work. The project I requested was to construct a shadow box for my wife's coffee cup/pottery collection. I received the project in time for Christmas. Jeffrey was able to take basic dimension requirements and with the agreed upon artistic liberties he constructed the shadow box. One plus I noted were the interior wood was a smaller dimension than the standard one by making for a much less bulky and svelte shadow box. Final comment: Nice price for the shadow box. I don't understand how he made any money. NICE WORK Jeffrey!
