My smaller pieces, jewelry and keepsake boxes etc. I ship anywhere via UPS or USPS. I will personally deliver larger pieces within a 250 mile radius of my area for a nominal fee. Shipping of large pieces can get quite expensive and I prefer to use white glove delivery companies for these.

Accepted Answer

Deposits are required on all custom ordered pieces for acquiring materials etc. Deposits are not refundable. If for some reason it becomes necessary to cancel an order prior to completion due to unseen circumstances, which can happen in all our lives, let me know and we can work it out. All my work is held to a very high standard, if you are not satisfied in any way let me know and we will make it right.
