Beautiful tumbled stone mosaic in multiple precise color tones to replicate a portion of the famous Ancient Antioch mosaic, The Mosaic of the Bird de Rinceau. The stone pattern is inlaid on a board of solid elm, whose pieces differ in thickness, causing the ribbon mosaic to rise in fall as it travels across the elm boards. Finished smooth with a satin gloss.

For Figured Maple Butcher Block And Metal Spinning StoolsWe contracted Mckdesign (Rachel) to make us three Figured Maple Butcher Block and Metal Spinning Stools and were thrilled with the process from beginning to end, which was pretty darn fast to boot! She kept us up to date with all the goings on, including progress reports, questions concerning possible variations, and updated shipping costs. Her demeanor was always professional *and* personable -- that's precisely what we were hoping for when we signed up for Custom Made! The stools, you ask? Wow! Strongly built, perfect height (the "custom" of our order), swivels even better than advertised, the perfect (small) amount of hand-made variation (which you just can't get in a big box store). Most importantly they are absolutely gorgeous and will be part of our kitchen for years to come! Working with Rachel was an absolute pleasure!
