Everything we make is done by us, by hand right here in the USA. With that in mind, our processing time to make orders is typically 2-3 weeks. It takes time. We ship as soon as the item(s) are completed and dry enough to put in a box. We ship at whatever shipping speed is selected and we insure everything we send out.

Due to everything being custom made to order (to the buyers specs), we generally do not accept returns. If there was an error on our part we will make every attempt to make it right. So if you have an issue please don't hesitate to contact us.
