I have a BFA in Industrial Design from College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI. I studied Automotive, Furniture, Product and Exhibit Design as well as fine art, crafts, and metals.
Currently, I work at the Ford design studio in Dearborn, Michigan.
nygaard design specializes in home decor, and laser cut goods. I work out of my home studio in Windsor, Ontario. I started out making things for my home or gifts. This led to making items to sell online and at craft shows. I also make laser cut jewelry with my wife, ModernGirl Jewelry.
