Tony made me a beautiful paper towel holder after working hard to come up with a great proposal. The only difficulty was with the shipping and delivery, though as I understand it this was in part because of some design flaws in CustomMade's process. After the maker has accepted the commission, they can no longer see the person's address. Because of this, Tony used the address on the check that I sent him - an old business address that made it incredibly difficult to get the package. That said, Tony could not have been more helpful and generous, even offering to remake the piece for me. Luckily, the original found its way to me and is just perfect.
