Curly Maple Wood trim for a 1953 Mercury Woody. Original blue prints obtained from the Henry Ford Museum, digitally duplicated in 3D using AutoCAD, then used the 3D models to generate toolpaths for my CNC. All parts fit perfectly as originals. Note that the horizontal tailgate parts have over 4" of deflection, and are machined, not steam or stress bent. This was a local project and each part was first machined in poplar and test fitted prior to machining final product.

My goal is to create handsome, functional pieces of furniture, and family heirlooms. I have the capabilities of doing custom Automotive Woodworking, 3d Cad Design, Architectural, & Residential furnishings, custom woodworking, custom signage, interior & exterior gingerbreading,( your design or one of mine.)
Most of my wood materials used are harvested locally, although I'm not adverse to working with exotics & plywood when specified. Other materials used include glass and mirror (diamond etched via CNC), PVC ( for long lasting exterior gingerbreading), and HDPE & UHMW plastics ( for custom components.)
I have a medium sized Computerized Woodworking Router for exact copies of parts, or low relief carvings. And have recently acquired a 8" x 12" 40w laser for small engravings.
