I designed and created this art quilt wanting the feel of a quiet winter day, fresh layer of snow with a few lingering leaves still hanging on the branches. I used a raw-edge applique process. I love tree silhouettes.

Just delightful working with Mary. While the photos/suggestions she made were great, it was having the finished pillow in my hands today which is the truest testimony to Mary's artistic talent. The pillow is absolutely gorgeous in all its detail and finishing. I am certain that the friend for whom I ordered this gift will love it as much as I do. Thanks, Mary!
