I'm pretty clear throughout the ordering process, about sizing, colors, leather thickness, etc. You should be 99% very much aware of what you are getting before you hire/pay me for the work. But, incase of an error or flaw, I offer 7 Days to get a refund/exchange or returns. No returns on Customized Orders (items that have a name or monogram.
