Thank you. Paul This is a great farmhouse dining table and bench package available in 5ft-8ft versions. The bench will be 0ne foot shorter than the table ordered. It will slide between the table legs.[IE: 6ft table/4ft bench] The top and seat planks will be 1" thick Douglas Fir. The legs are 3.5"x 3.5" timbers. Bench legs 2.75" sq. The base of the table and bench will also be Douglas Fir and or Spruce Fir. There are many color options available for the base, as you can see from the example photos. Final paint and stain decisions will be determined after ordering. I hand make all these myself using pocket screw joinery. They are built to last for generations just like my higher priced pieces. Note: For the DIY crowd, I also offer an option to purchase a kit where you can finish and assemble the table yourself. Table top will be glued up, the base will be sanded and left unfinished. I personally work one on one with every customer to create a unique piece of Heirloom Quality furniture.
I work mainly with Reclaimed Barn wood but am open to most other woods as well.All my pieces are hand made either with power tools or actual hand tools,depending on the build option you choose.i do have my "Artisan's Series" build option that is done completely with Hand tools only.

Paul is an expert in this field, he was able to take the concept and build what we were asking for with his own improvement ideas and suggestions. He maintained his schedule and held his price on this very big project. It is hard to find an independent craftsman like this, and he embodies what CustomMade is...reputable craftspeople that can deliver with care, integrity, and customized design. The journey: I was excited talking to Paul on the original concept ideas. I remained confident along the way as he provided updates with pictures. And upon final delivery I was simply overwhelmed with satisfaction and pride. He is such an artist, I wanted him to autograph his work. Imagine that.
