Freight charges will vary for each item depending on the size, distance and weight. Items will be shipped by the most cost effective carrier - either boxed or crated. Products Damaged In Shipment: It is important to inspect your item for damage before signing the shipping documents. If your item arrives damaged, notify the shop immediately for resolution. Cancellation Policy: In the event that an order must be cancelled, you should contact the shop as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be determined by the payment terms and by the progress of the project. Design fees are non-refundable.
