Shipping Policy

Area served: Eastern Continental U.S. for large items. Everywhere else for smaller items Shipping Methods: I will personally deliver any item that I make within 200 miles (for a modest fee), or further at a negotiated rate. Otherwise, depending on the item, I will use common carrier for large items, or a package service such as UPS or FedEx when practical. Delivery and/or shipping will be discussed as a detail of the contract.

Accepted Answer

Once a deposit is received for custom or made-to-order work, a full refund will not be available. Once materials for the project have been purchased and once production has begun, only a partial refund will be negotiated, and only for exceptional circumstances. If, upon delivery, the customer is dissatisfied with the final product, a refund may be negotiated if the item is returned in new condition. Return shipping is the expense of the customer, and the negotiated refund will only be issued once the item is received and inspected.
