Will's craftsmanship is fantastic, he responds quickly, completed the job a few days ahead of schedule, and with the help of his wife, can offer just about anything artistically. For steel roots wall hanging with ROGERS5.0The wall hangings finally arrived yesterday (last night). We are very pleased with the finished products. Will was very attentive checking in with me to be sure we were on the same page. There was a slight difficulty that was on my part. As stated in my communication with Will I needed to talk with him, but there was no phone number that I could call. Will did give me his phone number so I could call him directly, however the number was not a complete phone number. I also tried to find a way to contact the support team so I could speak to them in real time, instead of emails back and forth. We live on the West Coast and Will is on the East Coast which created at least a 3 hour time difference making communication even more difficult. Just to be clear, Will’s work was excellent. We are very happy with his work. Just would be nice to have had an actual phone number to call for support.
