Oct 5, 2017DO NOT use this maker. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise against working with him. First, he stated that he would deliver the project to me himself, leading me to believe the quote he sent was for materials and labor only. Instead, the project was shipped to me, which means I paid for shipping when I was told I wouldn't have to. Strike one. Secondly, he stated that his design would have multiple layers, which is why I chose him over the other artists that contacted me and said they would cut the design out of sheet metal and it would only be one layer (for about half the price) . What I received was just one layer, the design cut out of sheet metal. Strike two. Furious, I emailed him and he finally called me (this was the first communication we'd had over the phone through this whole process). I told him my frustrations and suggested I send the project back to him to be completed as it was supposed to be. He agreed and apologized for not communicating. However, he refused to pay shipping back to him. Because his original offer was to drive the project down to us because he "wasn't far", I suggested he come pick it up. Again, he refused. I offered to meet him in Charlotte, NC which is 2 hours away for me and 3 hours away from him. Again, he refused. Finally, I demanded he refund half the price of the project since he did not fulfill his end of the bargain. He stated that this was fair and he would send a check to me for the agreed upon amount. He never sent the check. This was over a month ago. Will Williams repeatedly disappointed me and took my money for a project that was nothing like what he stated he would make. I strongly advise against working with him.
