Barn Wood Strongbox
◊ This box is made from barn wood panels 1" thick. ◊ The standard dimensions are 24"- 60" long x 24" wide x 24" tall, but many different sizes are possible. ◊ The box comes with your choice of an open top or a lid. ◊ The lid is attached with STAY PUT hinges which will maintain the position you open the top to. ◊ The inside of the box is milled wood. ◊ The bottom of the box is plywood with a veneer on top to match the interior. ◊ The interior of the box is finished with a Hard Wax Oil. ◊ The wood on the exterior will vary in appearance from board to board and will likely include nail holes, knots, broken knots, cracks, splits, color variation and texture variation. ◊ You have the option to leave the barn wood unfinished to to have a protective Hard Wax Oil applied. ◊ Rubber feet are attached to the bottom to help protect your floors and hold the box in place.

Nov 12, 2018I purchased the reclaimed barnwood frame as a gift for my teenage son for a poignant event. I have never used the custom made website before this, so there were a few more steps than I expected to place my order. And I didn't receive a LOT of communication on the status, but enough I guess. There were not any problems and the product arrived on time. The packaging was great in safely protecting the frame during shipment and delivery. The product looks great and I hope it is something my son will cherish for many years to come.
