◊ This MadMoose Picture Frame is created from boards we reclaimed [recycled, upcycled, repurposed—you get the idea!]. This Barn Wood shows off the wood's original weathering and and is milled to approximately 2" wide and about ⅝" thick; the opening on the back is about ⅜" deep ◊ This frame style is available in sizes from 5" x 5" to 24" x 36" ◊ the BarnWood will show off signs of previous use such as natural weathering, COLOR VARIATION, nail holes, insect tracks, knots, open knots, staining, traces of paint, size variation & etc—differences in this character will make each frame unique ◊ the joints are glued with hidden splines for added strength—no metal fasteners to work loose ◊ on small frames we attach saw tooth hangers with screws making for easy hanging in both portrait and landscape configurations; larger frames will have a a wire hanging system with your choice of landscape or portrait configuration ◊ includes glass or acrylic (plexiglas) and an ⅛" thick Masonite backer [keeps photos & prints flatter than cardboard]
